Welcome to the eminent PREMED UMAT training course and we invite you to prepare for UMAT 2009 and the medical and dental interviews with products developed and refined by a team of professionals who share with you some masterful techniques that will dynamically help you to conquer the UMAT. You will receive materials for guidance in Sections One, Two and Three of the UMAT, as well as personal assistance that will aid you in your progression through the course. You will learn the different structures of UMAT questions, which you can powerfully implement throughout the UMAT test. The structure of each of the practice tests within the course parallels the structure of the UMAT and you will gain considerable practice through continuous familiarisation with the the same form of questions (although our practice tests are more difficult than the UMAT) within the same limited time available.

As well as training materials and UMAT guidance, we offer you highly specialised medical interview coaching. The second day of the UMAT prep clinic focuses on success in this third component of entrance into medicine and dentistry. Throughout your medical interview coaching, you will discover the aim hidden behind each of the interviewer's questions. You will become skilled at structuring concise answers which include relevant information that gives you a distinct advantage over other candidates. You will identify which of your qualities you should be emphasising, and you will become increasingly more confident in how best to conduct yourself during the high-pressure interview.

The UMAT is a skills-based test. Section One of the UMAT examines your logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Section Two of the UMAT will examine your interpersonal skills and Section Three of the UMAT will develop your non-verbal reasoning ability. These are skills which your competitors possess to some degree, and which our UMAT training course will train you to develop in better and stronger ways so you understand each type of question and quickly identify the correct answers. Your increased familiarisation with the UMAT structure through your practice papers will enable you to develop your time-management skills which you will then apply in the UMAT test. You will learn how to assess how much time you need to spend on each question so you gain the maximum advantage by fully completing each UMAT section.
